Brigadier General Lawrence T. Sullivan leads the U.S. Air Force’s 57th Wing at Nellis AFB - 36 squadrons across 12 locations, operating more than 180 aircraft. A U.S. Air Force Academy graduate and decorated combat pilot, he’s consistently ranked in the top 1% of every program he’s entered, choosing each step of his education and career with precision.

Beyond his military achievements, General Sullivan credits much of his success to marrying the right partner and having strong family support, both sets of grandparents helped with their children while he and his wife, also a military officer, served on duty.

When asked if he would change anything in his life, his answer was simple: he’d do it all the same. As a Vegas Chamber Trustee, he brings the perspective of leading one of the region’s largest employers, a $2 billion annual economic impact, while fostering connections between Nellis AFB and the local business community.
