Today, I celebrate Jaime Cruz, Executive Director of Workforce Connections, Southern Nevada’s Local Workforce Development Board, whose leadership was pivotal in bringing the National Association of Workforce Boards Annual Forum 2026 to Las Vegas—marking the first time this premier national workforce conference will take place outside Washington, D.C.
